Just as Sebastian was heading upstairs, Roxanne shat her eyes and jumped straight out of the second–floor window. By the time Sebastian reached the floor, he heard the sound of her landing. His expression changed instantly.

He rushed to the window, but Roxanne had already landed steadily on the ground and was flipping him off. “Sebastian, you disgust me! I’m done playing your game!
Sebastian’s face turned stormy, and his voice was nearly a roar that came from the depths of his throat.
