Chapter 194 My Wife Defends Me
Nathaniel Hart didn’t listen to Sofia Schneider at all, speeding up his steps and quickly entering the room.
Before Sofia could react, she was pushed against the door.
She barely had time to gasp before Nathaniel kissed her.
He kissed her as if he wanted to devour her, gripping her so tightly it almost hurt.
She didn’t know how long Nathaniel had her pressed against the door, but by the time he stopped, her legs were so weak she was practically hanging on him.
Nathaniel wrapped his arms tighter around Sofia’s waist, supporting her as he turned and walked towards the bed.
He chuckled, “Sofia, you really need to work on your stamina.”
At that moment, Sofia felt insulted.
Chapter unlocked!
It was the first time someone had criticized her physical strength.
Suddenly feeling defiant, Sofia wanted to prove herself.
She grabbed Nathaniel’s shoulders, flipped over, and pinned him under her.
Nathaniel, caught off guard, was completely surprised by her move.
Sofia, looking down at him challengingly, smirked, “Who’s weak now? Want to fight?”
Her feisty attitude made Nathaniel laugh so hard he shook.
-His hands found her waist as he said, “Sofia, you know the kind of ‘fighting‘ I like.”
Sofia, still caught up in the moment, didn’t immediately grasp his meaning.
When she did, her face turned beet red, realizing Nathaniel was teasing her, pushing her buttons until she snapped.

Thinking this, Sofia leaned down and hit Nathat’s
It wasn’t a hard bite, but it was enough to make him wine.
Nathaniel grunted, but didn’t push her away, stead, he found her more endearing win she got annoyed like this.
After Sofia’s jaw ached from biting, she let go, only for Nathaniel to turn his head and kiss her lips again.
Sofia realized that she was no match for Nathaniel in bed, he could evilly overpower her.
Fortunately, Nathaniel wasn’t really planning to make love to Sofia that day,
The next day, the gathering was at a club owned by Bruce Collier, and Nathaniel and Sofa entered through the back door.
Nathaniel’s face was too recognizable, and since his recovery hadn’t been made public, they opted to keep a low profile to avoid unnecessary trouble.
When they arrived, everyone was already there.
Everyone had cleared their schedules just to meet Nathaniel and Sofia, arriving early at the club to make sure they weren’t left out.
When Nathaniel, arm around Sofia, walked in, all eyes turned their way. Seeing Nathaniel walking in well and healthy, everyone gasped.
Despite Bruce’s fantastic storytelling, seeing Nathaniel in person was still unbelievable.
Alvin Hicks was the first to rush over, swinging at Nathaniel’s shoulder.
However, he missed because Sofia quickly pulled Nathaniel away, dodging Alvin’s punch.
Alvin stumbled forward due to the momentum, nearly falling over.
Sofia’s eyebrows knitted together, her gaze cooling as she stepped in front of Nathaniel to shield him from any further assaults.
Although she had relaxed her watch over Nathaniel, even letting him carry her upstairs, that didn’t mean she was ready to let anyone hit him.

Chapter 191 My Wife Defends Me
Her swift reaction surprised everyone.
After finding out that Nathaniel’s wife was the less favored Ms. Schneider from the Schneider family, they had looked into Sofia and learned she was just a simple doctor with nothing remarkable about her.
But Sofia’s quick reflexes were anything but ordinary, especially how she managed to dodge Alvin’s punch so swiftly.
It was clear that Sofia’s skills were quite exceptional.
Alvin, who had never misfired like that, approached Sofia, incredulous, and said, “Sofia, nice moves.”
Sofia smiled faintly, her eyes cool as she responded, “Thanks, Mr. Hart just recovered, he can’t take your punch.”
Alvin felt a warning in her tone and couldn’t help but reassess her. He sensed that she was not as they had understood her to be.
Not just Alvin; everyone there felt something was off.
Nathaniel, however, was very pleased, hugging Sofia’s shoulders, he told Alvin, “My wife loves me a lot, so you can’t just hit me anymore.”
Alvin, feeling like he was swallowing blood, darkly retorted, “When have I ever hit you?
You trying to pin that on me, you think that doesn’t bother your conscience?”
Bruce chimed in, “He doesn’t have a conscience, don’t you know that by now?”
Alvin nodded, completely agreeing with Bruce.
Nathaniel ignored them both, continuing to introduce Sofia to the group: “Archer Sanders, Heath Smith, Alvin, Bruce.”
Sofia was already very familiar with these names.
Along with Eric Wilson and Nathaniel, they were known as a notorious group in Campbell city, a group you didn’t want to mess with.
Especially Bruce and Alvin, both known for their fiery tempers–one for blowing small things out of proportion, and the other for setting disputes with his fists.
