Chapter 17 You Can’t Communicate With Each Other
Finally, Victor couldn’t help but secretly give Samara a thumbs–up behind Chaim.
Samara raised her eyebrows and chuckled. “Is there anything else, Mr. Humphrey?”
Samara played it down as if she was not the one who had angered him just now.
With a cold face, Chaim took one last look at her, turned around, and left with an expressionless face.
“Did we beg you to listen, beg you to watch? Everyone is shouting ‘awesome‘, but you don’t appreciate it. If you don’t need your ears and eyes, you can donate them to people
who need them!”
Gisselle cursed in a low voice.

Victor also felt that Chaim was too disappointing, but anyways, he and Chaim were friends for over 20 years since childhood. After struggling for a while, he tur followed Chaim away.
However, before he left, he said, “Hey, Samara, I also like rock and roll. Let’s talk
another day.”
‘Gisselle rolled her eyes. “Samara is not the same as you. You can’t communicate with
each other.”
These words were familiar. Victor quickly recalled. Wasn’t this what those socialites used to mock Samara at the gathering?
He did not say anything at that time, but he just looked on coldly. It was equivalent to tacitly agreeing to that.
Now that Gisselle used these words to refute him, Victor could only rub his nose in embarrassment. “I’ll be leaving.”
Samara didn’t have the leisure to communicate with them.
Moreover, Victor was on the same side as Chaim. But Samara didn’t even have the thought of talking to him.

Before leaving, Victor couldn’t help but look back. Samara was chatting with her band. The main singer with delicate features helped her change a drink.
He was quite considerate.
Victor retracted his gaze and quickly caught up with Chaim.
Chaim had already walked out of ONE. Victor ran after him. “You’re walking so fast. Are
you afraid that you will go back?”
Hearing his words, Chaim gave Victor a cold glance.
Victor smiled. “To be honest, Samara’s boyfriend is quite considerate.”
Chaim frowned and thought of the man who handed Samara a tissue.
His eyes darkened and he opened the door. “What’s the matter?”
“Since you’re already here, aren’t you going to have a drink?”
What responded to Victor was the gallop of Chaim’s car.
Victor stood on the side of the road and looked at the black car that was speeding away. He could not help but raise his eyebrows.
Could it be that Chaim drove out just to relax?
Even Chaim himself would not believe this reason.
This was interesting.
It seemed that Chaim still had feelings for his ex–wife Samara.
Victor clicked his tongue. He planned to turn around and go in to look for Samara. After taking two steps, he thought about it and decided to forget it. Samara did not seem to like him now.
As for Chaim, he regretted going there. Everything Victor said was provoking him. Victor just felt that Chaim still had feelings for Samara.
Feelings?
Back then, when he chose Samara, it was just an accident that happened that night, and he just happened to lack a wife.
But did the three years of marriage really not bring anything to him?
Obviously not. Thinking of the gentleman standing next to Samara, Chaim felt a little
annoyed.
He parked the car by the side, opened the window, put his hand on the window, and lit a
cigarette.
As the cigarette curled up, Chaim’s face was as cold as the moonlight.
They were divorced. What did it have to do with him whether Samara had a boyfriend?
He was just annoying himself!
He put out the cigarette and started the car again to go home.
