Chapter 91: Diving
“I’m glad you’re satisfied. I’ve already had breakfast, so all this food is for you. I thought you’d be back later, so I didn’t prepare too much. It’s just right for you now,” Chloe said, piling all the breakfast in front of Mia.
Mia beamed, accepting it all, and made a heart shape with her hands at Chloe.
Chloe smiled helplessly but didn’t say much.
Mia devoured her breakfast quickly, clearly hungry. Watching her eat, one could guess how intense last night had been.
Chloe moved to the side to clean up.
“By the way, I’ve scheduled a diving instructor for today. Once we finish eating and clean up, we can head over. This time, I promise you’ll have an amazing time,” Mia said after finishing
her milk.
Diving was something both Mia and Chloe had wanted to do. However, in previous years, Chloe had dedicated all her time and energy to Julian, leaving little room for her own pursuits.
Now that she finally had the time, she was eager to experience it. After finishing their meal, they left together.
The waters around the island were exceptionally beautiful, with shallow areas specifically developed for activities. There were many people enjoying themselves, and they had already made reservations, making it easy for them to join in.
“I’ve checked out this area, and the underwater scenery is stunning. I guarantee once you see it, you’ll want to come back for more. Come on, let’s go!” Mia exclaimed, excitedly grabbing Chloe’s hand as they made their way to the beach, where they met the instructor.
The instructor, having worked there for a long time, was very experienced. Upon seeing them, he professionally explained what to watch out for and demonstrated some common hand. signals.
“Remember the hand signals I just taught you. If anything happens underwater, we can communicate. Now, we’ll go over some basic training to ensure nothing goes wrong when you dive,” he said, guiding them through the preparations. Chloe and Mia listened attentively, especially Chloe, who was completely inexperienced.
Mia had been diving before and was relatively more experienced, while Chloe had no prior experience and felt a bit anxious about this first attempt. This made her even more focused during the training.
After completing the preliminary preparations, they got ready to dive. Chloe seemed a bit nervous; it was her first time. The instructor walked over and gently patted her shoulder.
“There’s no need to be too nervous. It’s common to feel this way on your first dive. You were very attentive during the lessons, so nothing will go wrong. The underwater world is even more beautiful than you can imagine; you’ll love it,” he reassured her.
Though the instructor spoke lightly, Chloe was still hesitant, having never experienced anything like this before. She couldn’t quite picture what the underwater world would be like, not having seen it with her own eyes.
But since they were already there, she felt she had to give it a try.
Before diving, they began to change into their wetsuits, each choosing different styles according to their preferences. Mia opted for a beautiful bikini, as she always enjoyed showing off her body, while Chloe, lacking experience, chose a more conservative one–piece suit.
“Oh my gosh, why are you wearing that one–piece suit? We’re here to have fun! I brought you such pretty outfits; why would you wear this? It’s such a waste of your looks and body. Don’t you know you still look very attractive like this, even if it’s not super sexy?” Mia exclaimed, almost shocked when she saw Chloe in her swimsuit.
Seeing such a beautiful woman dress so conservatively was hard for Mia to accept. She knew Chloe was focused on her studies and didn’t care much about appearances, but she still felt it was inappropriate, especially since they were on vacation and supposed to look nice for photos.
Chloe smiled helplessly; Mia knew her personality well, so it wasn’t surprising that she was more reserved.
“Okay, I need to take my time. You can’t expect me to be as carefree as you on my first time. Let’s hurry; I really want to see what the underwater world is like,” Chloe replied.
With that, Mia didn’t argue further and just huffed, moving ahead.
They reached the beach and met the instructor again.
“You two are truly beautiful women! Over there, our instructor is also our rescue personnel. If anything goes wrong, we’ll take immediate action, so you can fully relax about your safety underwater,” he said.
Though the instructor had seen many beautiful women throughout his career, he was still struck by Chloe and Mia’s beauty. Once he regained his composure, he explained everything around them clearly.
After greeting the rescue personnel, they prepared to dive.
“Well, I hope you both have a great time,” the instructor said as they approached the water.
As they prepared to dive, Chloe felt some nervousness; it was her first time in an unfamiliar environment, and she was a bit apprehensive. She took a deep breath, preparing herself mentally.
Mia held Chloe’s hand, and together they stepped forward. With Mia beside her, Chloe felt a
